Fess and Payment Options

At A Mindful Spot, we understand that seeking therapy is an important and personal decision, and we want to make the financial aspect as clear and supportive as possible. At this time, our practice accepts private‑pay clients. Many clients appreciate the flexibility and privacy that private‑pay offers, and we strive to make the process straightforward and accessible.

We provide superbills upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential out‑of‑network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so we encourage you to check with your insurer regarding your specific benefits.

Our current fee is $120 per 50‑minute session,  We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

To support clients who may need financial flexibility, we also offer a limited number of sliding‑scale appointments when available. These reduced‑fee slots are designed to increase access to care and are allocated based on need and clinician availability.

If you have any questions about fees, payment options, or superbills, we are happy to help. Your well‑being is our priority, and we aim to make the administrative side of therapy as stress‑free as possible.
